Enrolement is limited to 90 participants, with a maximum of 2 delegates per city.

The minimum number of attendees is 30. The association reserves the right to cancel the event one month before the deadline.

Lunches on Thursday and Friday, and dinner on Thursday are included. Dinner on Wednesday is at own expense - check out our social programme.

Please note that your participation fee does not cover accommodation or transport.

Payment & Cancellation Policies

All registrations should be accompanied by full payment of the registration fee. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received. The event participation fee is payable by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card to CityDNA.

Any cancellation must be sent in writing to Camille François. In case of cancellation by November 12, 2025, we will refund your registration fee. After this date there will be no refund. However you can send a substitute in your place.

Travel and Health Insurance
It is strongly recommended that participants take out insurance to cover loss (including registration fees) incurred in case of cancellation, medical expenses and damage to or loss of personal effects. The CityDNA Head Office, or the Hosting City will not be responsible for any medical costs incurred by participants.

CityDNA and the Hosting City will not accept liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to delegates, either during or as a result of the Conference or during any tours.
